Don’t get all caught up with the approaching exam fuzz and explore what CBS Campus has to offer to you for the following 7 days. Several workshops, a big company presentations and, of course, Nexus Thursday should keep you satisfied. WEDNESDAY / 19th
Venture Cup Denmark are continuing they startup marathon sessions with another workshop focused on creating the perfect team in order to realize an idea. The day will start by teaming up students from ITU, CBS, DTU, KU and RUC with their diverse skills and present ideas to work on. You will get a chance to get an overview on how to build a solid startup team and make sure you are all on the same page!
CBS Debating Society will tackle another important issue this week – judging. While you might still have difficulties deciding between which presidential candidate shoudl rule the US, this session will focus on how to evaluate people in a fair and unbiased way. Presentation will be led by a professional debate couch Jonas Sjolund.
THURSDAY / 20th
Exams are already knocking on some of our doors, but it does not mean Café Nexus is slowing down. With DJ Peter Zohdy behind the speakers, another Nexus Thursday is waiting for you. Just make sure to turn right when you leave the library and good things will happen!
MONDAY / 24th
To start you week on the right foot, CBS Talks are inviting you to enjoy Henrik Brandt – the CEO of Royal Unibrew – and his talk about the dramatic turn-around the company took to avoid bankruptcy in 2008. With crisis awaiting behind the corner, Mr. Brandt was appointed as the steering man behind the company with a growing debt and unclear future. Join the talk to hear all the details and more about how the former CBS’er has been moving mountains in the brewery industry!
Venture Cup is back with another workshop! This time, it is about techniques for building a successful business model, which can take your idea or a small startup project to another level. This event is part of a series organized to help CBS students develop as entrepreneurs and project developers!
