Style Spotted at Northside Festival 2016: Week 24

June 26, 2016  //  By:   //  FASHION, OFF CAMPUS  //  No Comment

Northside festival is a music festival located in the second largest city in Denmark, Aarhus, in the heart of the Eastern part of Jylland. This festival has existed since 2010 focusing on music genres such as metal, rock, hip hop, alternative urban and electro. Beyond the music, Northside Festival is focusing on the improvement of sustainability hence food, packaging and rubbish. This is the time of the year where festivals and street-parties in the open air are reaching a climax! So, what are people sporting to festivals and street-parties? I went to Northside Festival to scout festival-outfits that you can use to pull some inspiration out of.

A brief description of the outfit:
Bright blue full suite patterned with exotic palm trees and flamingos accessorized with a black pair of unknown glasses.

How would you describe your style and is this what you’re wearing on a daily basis?
This kind of outfit is for special occasions. Mainly for festivals and such. The last two years of Northside I have been wearing a bright red suite. My daily style is different. I’m normally pretty casual; wearing jeans and plain t-shirts.

Essential Festival clothing/accessory:
A suit! I’m always wearing a suit for festivals. I bought this suit last week to be ready for Northside.

 Best festival tip:
Try to stand out and get noticed and have fun.
